Airfix #05135 1/48 Supermarine Spitfire FR Mk. XIV

Airfix Kit #05135. 1/48 scale. Airfix 2019 release with new tooling. This variant used a supercharged Rolls Royce Griffon engine, bubble canopy and clipped wingtips. Considered the ultimate Spitfire, the FR.XIV version added extra windows and camera. The model kit has an accurate nose for a Mk.XIV, a nicely detailed interior and surface detail. Markings include:
